Our programs provide:
  • Services to no, very low and low-income individuals and families
  • Services to 75,000 people annually 
  • Basic staple foods for over 900,000 meals
  • 10,000 nights of shelter and housing annually
Inland Valley Hope Partners offers four core programs and fulfills its mission by providing the following services:

Food Security Program

  • Locations in Pomona, Ontario, Claremont, and San Dimas
  • 5 days worth of food for each member of the family
  • Special food packets for homeless individuals
  • Families and individuals may receive food every 30 days
  • Information and Referral to other social services as needed, both public and private
Emergency Housing Program
  • “Our House” family residential shelter

Certified Farmers Market, Pomona

  • Every Saturday, 7:30 am – 11:30 am

Supportive Services
  • Emergency Food Assistance; locations in Ontario, Pomona, Claremont, and San Dimas
  • Emergency Housing Program (30 – 90-day residential shelter for families and single women)
  • Farmers Market
  • Emergency Rental/Utility Assistance (available at our four food security sites as funding permits)
  • Emergency Motel Vouchers (available at our four food security sites as funding permits)
  • Life Skills Assistance (available to our emergency shelter clients)
  • Employment & Housing Search Assistance (available to our emergency shelter clients)
