Rapid Re-Housing

 

 
The Rapid Re-Housing Program quickly returns homeless families in San Bernardino County into safe and stable housing. Clients are provided short to medium-term rental assistance (up to six months) and wrap-around services.

Services include, but are not limited to:
First and Last months rent 
Turn on utilities or Security Deposits
Case Management
Housing Navigation
Employment Services
Mental Health Services
Emergency Food
Referrals to and Assistance Securing Mainstream Benefits  
Clients may also receive assistance in the form of 

  •  First month's rent
  •  Security deposit
  •  Moving costs
  •  Utilities deposit
Which are offered on a case by case basis determined by the household's needs.
 
You may be eligible for this program if you meet the following conditions:
✓ Homeless (living in an emergency shelter, on the street, or other place not meant for human living)
✓ Have children under the age of 17
✓ Willing to stay in or move to San Bernardino County
✓ Don’t have the money or support to get housing
✓ Willing to seek or keep a full-time job or mainstream benefits
 
Potential Clients for this program must qualify through San Bernardino County 2-1-1
