Our programs provide:
- Services to no, very low and low income individuals and families
- Services to 75,000 people annually
- Basic staple foods for over 900,000 meals
- 10,000 nights of shelter and housing annually
Inland Valley Hope Partners offers four core programs and fulfills its mission by providing the following services:
FOOD SECURITY PROGRAM
- locations in Pomona, Ontario, Claremont and San Dimas
- 5 days worth of food for each member of the family
- Special food packets for homeless individuals
- Families and individuals may received food every 30 days
- Information and Referral to other social services as needed, both public and private
EMERGENCY HOUSING PROGRAM
CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET, POMONA
• Every Saturday, 7:30 am – 11:30 am

- Family and Individual Counseling
- Life Skills assistance
- Employment & housing search assistance
- Rental/mortgage assistance
